A Cultural Tourism Hub is the place to cultivate the history, heritage and create a mass awareness to the local people. In the era of Smart cities and digitalization, exploitation of old heritage properties are very common approaches. We prefer to demolish our inheritance instead of conserving properly and forget that showcasing the culture could be a new way to generate revenue and this paper is just a humble attempt in this concern. Various terminologies have been defined through this process and important heritage places are studied. Literature study, Site study, National and international case studies have been done to identify the major issues and solving those issues.
